4.How do we conduct quality control

We have established a comprehensive traceability management system, with traceable sources, traceable destinations, and full traceability, to control product quality from the production source and enhance product value

IQC: Raw material testing - measuring the thickness of materials; Evaluate the whiteness of the material; Measure the weight to ensure compliance with specifications; Test the transparency of the material

What will we do

1) We will provide your quality report to our quality control team on the same day

2) Our quality control team will locate samples in inventory based on roll labels and test the sample paper

3) If the sample is in good condition, we will request that you send the product with quality issues for further testing

4) After testing and confirming the problem, we will provide you with the best solution

6. Transport packaging

Considering the sensitivity of adhesive materials to temperature and humidity, we will use kraft paper and wrapping film to ensure the sealing of the materials and effectively maintain the performance of the adhesive materials. If you have any special requirements, please let us know

7. Sample service

Before production, we will make samples for you to test the performance, and after confirmation, we will produce according to the confirmed samples

How long can our labels last? How should it be stored

If stored properly, our labels can be kept for up to 18 months from the date of material production. To ensure optimal results, it is recommended to store the labels at 20-22 ° C; C、 In an environment with a humidity of 50-55%. The label roll should be stored horizontally, avoiding direct sunlight and heat sources.
